The National Development Bank (NRB), in cooperation with the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT), is launching a new guarantee programme to support investment and the reconstruction of Ukraine. The Ukraine Reconstruction Guarantee programme uses resources from the EU Ukraine Facility provided by the European Commission together with Ministry.

The National Development Bank plans to purchase a Banking Information System (Core Banking System) and implement it in the NRB environment. In view of the above and in order to prepare the tender conditions in the most appropriate way for a wide range of potential suppliers of IT systems and related services, the NRB decided to conduct a preliminary market consultation.

One of the long-term goals of the European Union is sustainable development and protection of environment. One part of this effort is to make the waste management systems more efficient. Roughly 1,500 enterprises are active in this segment of economy. SMEs planning to acquire new technologies or expand their business can finance their projects on preferential terms through the Czech-Moravian Guarantee and Development Bank (ČMZRB).

More than eighty per cent of Czech exports go to the European Union. This share does not change in time even though there is a growing number of Czech companies, which are able to export their often unique and hi-tech production beyond the EU territory. The final destination is not only developed markets, but increasingly also emerging and developing markets.
